Watermark: Crown (sideways)
Perforation: none
On 15 Oct 1883 plates 1 and 2 were used for trials in blue-green on Crown paper.
AA and AB exist from both plates. Both AA examples have been cut to stamp size but both show a tiny remnant of manuscript in the left margin, which was probably the same as that still remaining on both AB examples: “Experimental on Crown 15/10/83”. The purpose of these trials is not known.

AA are in private hands.
AB are reconstructions as they are in the Langmead Collection.
